Once again I manage to start off weak, get real strong in the middle, then blow it (usually with donkey moves). Oh well, it is great fun every week anyway and this week it is about slb159, valencia, and mickdog who finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the money.
We had a good (for us) turn out tonight - I was a little concerned with mookie's gang away and I wasn't sure how it went last week. I was thinking that we need to start naming these things like the "other" blogger tournies. So starting with the week after next, the tournament will be named after the person who finishes 2nd next week. In other words, place second next week, and we will name the tournament after you.
Why second you ask? Because this is Not the way you normally do it. ;-) Call it a consolation prize for letting some other slacker beat you.

Hey man, hope all is well. I just wanted to give you a heads-up on something. We (Jordan, GCox, and I) are finalizing details for DADI 7. We have some great prizes we are awarding again and expect it to be a good time as usual. For updated info check out http://dadipoker.blogspot.com.
These days there is pretty much a brogger event every day of the week so it can make scheduling our once a month DADI events interesting. For June we have scheduled the tournament for June 29th at, I believe, 9pm. Which brings me to why I am here right now. I know the WWdN: Not is every Thursday and June 29th happens to be two Thursdays from now.
I just want you to know we aren't trying to step on toes, but like I said, it is hard to plan a weekday tournament without a little overlap.
My initial thoughts...
1) You say, "Cool, I can take a week off and me and the WWdN: Not'ers can go play the DADI 7." We'd obviously be cool with that.
or
2) You say, "Screw that, the WWdN: Not is going to play that night as well and those DADI faulkers can go faulk themselves." OK maybe that was a bit much, but you get the idea.
Bottomline is, in the interest of keeping those effected in the know, I thought I'd let ya know. I was going to email you, but couldn't find an email.
